Geodes + Gemstones | Wedding Inspiration

I am so excited about sharing my “Geodes + Gemstones” styled shoot! This began as an idea of incorporating crystals into a wedding theme – and the more I defined it, I felt, like crystals and gemstones, love was such a raw and natural thing. A wedding and marriage? Definitely a lot of work (and well worth it)! But love just came naturally – whether it was with your fiance, your family, your friends, your pets, etc. I wanted to incorporate natural elements – and the vendors that I collaborated with, understood and executed on my vision perfectly!

From the natural edged stationary and hand drawn crystals and foraged plants for an elegant and forest-feel bouquet, to the handmade fans and Amethyst backdrop and gemstone-inspired baked goods, the decor really gave the gemstone vibe. Other subtle touches were mineral water favors, rock candy champagne, and crystal-inspired bridal jewelry. The makeup artist and hair stylist worked to create a natural look for the bride, who embodied the perfect, elegant character for this shoot. Thanks to all the vendors who participated and collaborated with me on this shoot, and made it come to life. Vendor credits below all the pictures!
